- 500 grams Broccoli
- 3 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 375 grams Turkey steak
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- Vegetable broth
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 milliliters cream
- 100 milliliters white wine
- freshly grated Nutmeg
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the broccoli and divide into small florets. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and saute the broccoli. Pour in 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cut the turkey steak into small pieces and saute in hot oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and saute in the remaining butter. Sprinkle in the flour and saute. Pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4.
Stir the cream cheese, cream and white wine into the broth and let boil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
5.
Add the broccoli and turkey steak to the soup. Serve immediately.
