- 1 shallot (diced)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 3 ⅓ cups Minced Beef
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ground Caraway
- Coriander
- ⅔ cup cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Chives
- 4 Burger buns (with sesame seeds)
- 4 Lettuce (chopped)
- 1 Red onion (cut into rings)

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the shallot in a hot pan in 1 tbsp oil. Stir in the parsley and the thyme and transfer to a bowl. Add the meat, mustard, salt, ground black pepper, caraway and coriander and knead well. Shape into 4 burgers and fry in the remaining oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and the chives until creamy. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Halve the rolls and toast the cut sides. Spread the bottom half with the cream, top with the lettuce, burger and onion rings and spread with the remaining cream. Place the other half of the bun on top and serve.
