- 200 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams Quark
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 scallions
- 2 sprigs Dill
- 250 grams Smoked salmon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Mix cream cheese in a bowl with quark and yogurt until smooth. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Rinse scallions, trim and cut into rings. Rinse dill, shake dry, pluck leaves from stem and finely chop. Dice salmon. Add salmon, dill and scallions to the bowl, mix well and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve if desired with bagels.
