- 2 packets softened cream cheese
- 4 Tbsps milk
- 1 Apple (such as Jonathan)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 50 grams chopped Shelled pistachio
- salt (and pepper)
- 1 pkg Grissini
- 1 pkg Cracker
Preparation steps

Beat the softened cream cheese with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Scoop the mixture by the teaspoon and roll into balls.

Rinse the bell pepper, remove the ribs and seeds and chop finely. Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, remove the core and chop finely. Roll 1/4 of the cheese balls in diced peppers, 1/4 in diced apple, 1/4 in chopped pistachios and 1/4 in sesame seeds. Place on a serving platter and serve with Grissini breadsticks and crackers.
