2 rolls pizza dough mix (refrigerated, pre-made, about 1/2 lb)
vegetable oil (for brushing)
7 ozs cream cheese
3 Tbsps milk
salt
peppers
1 pinch sweet ground paprika
1 red Bell pepper
3 Cherry tomatoes
1 sm piece Cucumber
2 scallions
2 Tbsps green Olives (with pepper filling)
1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Roll the dough thinly and cut out about 8 circles (approximately 4 inches). Brush the circles with oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven 425°F for about 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Stir together cream cheese with milk and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Rinse bell pepper and cut into strips. Rinse tomatoes and cucumbers and slice. Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings. Cut olives into rings. Rinse chives and shake dry.

3.

Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the crackers. Arrange the vegetables, olives, and chives to make fun monster faces. Serve on a decorative platter.
