Kitchen utensils

2 Pots, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Potato masher, 1 Lid

Preparation steps

1.
For the cupcakes: Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Place paper cases in a 12 hole muffin tin.
2.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Stir in the sugar.
3.
Beat together the milk, egg, melted butter and orange zest. Add to the flour with the marmalade and stir well.
4.
Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 20-25 minutes until well-risen and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
5.
For the buttercream: beat the butter in a bowl until light and creamy. Gradually sift in the icing' sugar and beat well until smooth. Stir in the vanilla.

Divide the mixture in half and colour one half orange and the other half blue. Spread on top of the cakes.
7.
To decorate: insert cocktail sticks in 6 marshmallows. Put a little water and green food colouring in a small bowl and stir. Using a small brush, paint the colour on the marshmallows. Don't get them too wet, just enough to colour them quickly. Set aside to dry.

Put the chocolate into a small plastic freezer bag. Tie the end and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds bursts, until the chocolate has melted. Snip a small hole in one corner.
11.
Pipe chocolate' faces' and 'hair' on the green marshmallows and leave to set. Pipe the white marshmallows as in the 'photo.
12.
