Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into sticks. Boil in a large pot with plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain. Heat olive oil with butter in a nonstick pan. Remove garlic and finely chop. Rinse herbs, shake dry and chop half the herbs. Saute potatoes in the pan for 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and herbs and saute briefly.

Season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates and serve.
