- 1 kilogram predominantly waxy potatoes
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C convection preheat.

Scrub potatoes thoroughly and slice lengthwise. Mix with oil and paprika and arrange on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximatley 425°F) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
