- 250 grams Canned borlotti bean
- 200 grams Corn
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Tortilla chip

Preparation steps

Separately rinse beans and corn in colander and drain.

Rinse, quarter, seed and dice tomatoes. Halve and pit avocado, carefully remove flesh from peel, dice flesh and immediately mix with a little lime juice. Mix beans, corn, tomatoes, parsley, oil and avocado, press, squeeze and add garlic and season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Serve salsa in bowls along with tortilla chips.
