- 4 Taco shells
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 6 Tomatoes
- ⅓ Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 4 Tbsps Kidney beans
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- ½ lemon (juice)
- Sea salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.

Rinse the tomatoes. Core and slice 3 tomatoes. Blanch the 3 remaining tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 seconds. Drain, peel, quarter, core and cut into cubes. In a bowl, mix the kidney beans and the cubed tomatoes with half the lemon juice, the chili sauce, and honey, season the salsa with salt and cayenne pepper.

Peel the cucumber peel, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into sticks.

Halve, pit and peel avocado. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork with the remaining lemon juice, season with salt and cayenne pepper.
5.
Divide the slices of tomato, cucumber, onion rings and cilantro among the taco shells. Pour in the salsa and top with the avocado cream.
