- 2 ripe Avocados
- 2 shallots
- 1 generous pinch chili peppers (finely chopped)
- Lime juice (to taste)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 red chili pepper (for garnish, in coils)
- Limes (sliced, for garnish)
- Nacho
Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the shallots. Halve the avocados lengthwise, peel, and remove the seeds. Finely dice the pulp.
2.
Puree the avocado with the lime juice and shallots in a blender. Add the chilis, and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Divide the nachos onto plates.
4.
Top the nachos with 1 tablespoon of guacamole and 1 hot pepper ring. Serve with the sliced lime pieces.
