- 2 cups canned Sweet corn (drained)
- ½ cup Cornmeal
- 2 Tbsps Rice flour
- 1 green chili pepper (seeds removed, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
- ½ red Bell pepper (diced)
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground Cumin (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- water
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Mix together all the ingredients to a thick batter.

Heat a little oil in a frying panl and fry spoonfuls of the mixture, a few at a time, for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
