- 1 green Bell pepper (seeded and diced)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (seeded and diced)
- 1 small onion (sliced thin)
- 1 cup Baby corn (cut in half lengthwise)
- 1 cup cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
- ⅓ cup canned Sweet corn (drained)
- 2 Lettuce (cleaned and chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (seeded and chopped)
- ¼ cup sunflower oil
- Limes
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
