- ½ cup prepared asian-sesame dressing
- 2 tsps minced garlic cloves
- 1 ½ cups frozen Green beans (thawed)
- 1 ½ cups frozen Corn (thawed)
- pickled Red onions (for garnish if desired)
- lemons (for garnish if desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut beef lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick strips. Combine 1/4 cup dressing and garlic in medium bowl. Add beef; toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Add 1/2 of beef to hot skillet; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining beef and set aside.

In same skillet add green beans, corn and remaining 1/4 cup dressing; stir-fry 3-5 minutes or until warmed through. Return beef to skillet; mix with vegetables and cook 1 minute longer. Garnish with pickled red onion and lemon, if desired.
