24 ozs top Sirloin steak
½ cup prepared asian-sesame dressing
2 tsps minced garlic cloves
1 ½ cups frozen Green beans (thawed)
1 ½ cups frozen Corn (thawed)
pickled Red onions (for garnish if desired)
lemons (for garnish if desired)

Preparation steps

Cut beef lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick strips. Combine 1/4 cup dressing and garlic in medium bowl. Add beef; toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Add 1/2 of beef to hot skillet; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining beef and set aside.
3.
In same skillet add green beans, corn and remaining 1/4 cup dressing; stir-fry 3-5 minutes or until warmed through. Return beef to skillet; mix with vegetables and cook 1 minute longer. Garnish with pickled red onion and lemon, if desired.
