Drain tuna. Peel carrot lengthwise and cut into thin slices, then cut crosswise into very fine strips. Shred tuna finely with a fork and mix with creme fraiche, carrot and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Cut crusts off bread, cut bread into cubes and fry in hot butter until browned. Rinse the lettuce, trim, spin dry and cut into small pieces.

Place lettuce in a sealable container and place tuna mixture in the center. Garnish with orange and cucumber slices, croutons and tomato quarters.
