- 400 grams colorful Pasta shell
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 250 grams diced Feta
- 150 milliliters white wine
- 2 sprigs Thai basil
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Then rinse and drain.
2.
Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Pluck Thai basil leaves. Bring the white wine to a boil in a pot, add basil stems and place chicken breasts in a steamer basket over the pot. Cover and cook about 8-10 minutes. Remove, allow to cool and cut into strips.
3.
Mix pasta shells with vinegar, oil and feta, add chicken and season with sea salt and pepper. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
