60 grams Walnut
20 grams ginger
1 Orange
salt
1 pinch sugar
1 Tbsp Walnut oil
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the carrots and grate coarsely. Chop the walnuts. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Rinse the orange in hot water and finely grate about 1 teaspoon zest. Cut four thin slices from the center of the orange and squeeze the juice out of the end pieces.

Combine the carrots, nuts and ginger. Mix with salt, sugar, orange juice and zest. Mix in the oils.

3.

Cover and freeze for about 30 minutes.

4.

Divide among cups and garnish with orange slices.
