Preparation steps

Rinse currants, remove from stems and freeze for about 20 minutes.

Peel banana and cut into slices. Rinse blueberries and raspberries. Purée blueberries, raspberries, banana, orange juice, apple syrup and slightly frozen red currants in a blender. Dilute with cold water to taste and serve in chilled glasses.
