4 Tbsps Sea salt
100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the chilis, then cut into small pieces. Mix with the salt and let infuse for 30 minutes. 

2.

Drain the chilis overnight in a strainer, then spread on paper towels for another 2 hours to dry. 

3.

Tranfer the chilis to a jar, cover with the olive oil, and let infuse for 1 week before using. This oil will last for about 6 months if stored in a dark, cool place.
