750 milliliters cold pressed vegetable oil (such as sunflower oil, safflower oil, olive oil)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry, and place in a clean, dry bottle. Pour in the oil, seal, and let infuse for about 2 weeks.

Pour the oil through a fine strainer into a clean bottle. Add 2-3 trimmed and dry wild garlic leaves. The oil keeps for about 4 weeks.
