- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 centimeters ginger
- 2 carrots
- 500 grams Sweet potato
- 100 grams Celery root
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- 2 Tbsps Curry powder
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 400 milliliters Coconut milk
- 1 handful cilantro
- 2 Tbsps toasted Sesame seeds
- Red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsps Coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsps Tahini
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Peel onion, garlic, ginger, carrots, sweet potatoes and celery and dice finely. Heat oil in a pot and sauté everything together for 2-3 minutes until colorless and season with salt and curry. Add broth and coconut milk and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Rinse cilantro, shake dry and chop finely. Mix cilantro in a bowl with sesame seeds, red pepper flakes and coconut chips.

Add tahini to the pot, stir and puree with an immersion blender. Add broth or simmer longer as needed to reach desired consistency and season with salt and lemon juice.

Serve in deep plates or soup bowls and garnish with coconut sesame mixture.
