2 kilograms mussels
2 garlic cloves
2 mild Pepperoncini
150 grams Chorizo
100 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps

Rinse and clean the clams thoroughly under running water. Discard any that remain open. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Rinse, trim and cut the peperoncino into rings. Cut the chorizo into cubes and sauté for 2-3 minutes in a large pot with the garlic and peperoncinos. Deglaze with the wine, add the clams, cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the mussels have opened. Discard any that remain closed.
