Preparation steps
1.
Peel the shallots and garlic and chop finely. Mix the shallots, garlic, parsley and coriander, then stir in the oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the clams, open the shells and release the muscle attachments.
3.
Sprinkle a baking sheet thick with sea salt. Spread the shell halves with clams inside over the salt, and spread the herbs over the clams.
4.
Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 430°F) for about 10 minutes.
5.
Serve immediately.
