Citrus Stuffed Pork

Preheat the grill.
Cut a pocket in the long side of the meat.
Mix together the oranges, garlic and the thyme and stuff into the meat. Close with kitchen twine.
Mix together the honey, 4 tbsp oil, parsley, 1 tbsp orange juice and season with salt and ground black pepper. Brush onto the meat and place on the hot grill. Cook slowly for 20-30 min turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade every so often.
Remove from the grill and serve on a wooden board.
