Preparation steps

1.

Peel and juice carrots.

Juice oranges and lemon.

3.

Halve passion fruits, press pulp through a sieve and mix with carrot juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Sweeten punch to taste with cane sugar and divide among four glasses. Garnish punch with carrots and orange slices as desired to serve.
