100 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp lemon juice

8 nice Strawberries
8 slices Ciabatta

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the watercress, spin dry and pluck off the leaves.

2.

In a bowl, whisk together the creme fraiche  with lemon juice and some salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse, hull and halve or quarter the strawberries.

4.

Arrange watercress leaves and strawberries on 4 bread slices and spoon the creme fraiche over. Repeat with remaining strawberries, bread and creme fraiche.
