1 Pot, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Skillet, 1 Plate, 1 Oven rack

Preparation steps

Mix the tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, spring onions, chilli pepper and the garlic with the olive oil.

Season with lemon juice, sugar, sea salt, cayenne pepper and stir in the basil.
3.
Leave for 15 minutes, for the flavours to mingle.
4.
Sprinkle over the spring onions to garnish and serve with sliced French bread.
