- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 Jalapeño (pepper)
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine onion, garlic, tomato and jalapeno pepper in a mixing bowl.

Peel and slice avocados and add to the bowl. Mash together until desired consistency.
3.
Add lime juice, season with salt and pepper and mix to incorporate. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
