- 5 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups clear honey
- 1 generous pinch cinnamon
- ½ cup roughly chopped Hazelnuts
- ½ cup Prune
- ½ cup Figs
- 3 Tbsps raisins
- aluminum foil (oiled)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2.
Mix the prunes, figs and raisins and chop finely.
3.
Put the honey into a pan and bring to the boil, stirring. Skim off the froth and boil the honey for about 7 minutes.
4.
Mix the rolled oats, nuts, cinnamon and dried fruit, add the honey and mix well.
5.
Line a loaf tin with oiled aluminium foil. Add the oat mixture and press in well. Bake in the preheated oven (middle shelf) for about 10 minutes.
6.
Take out of the oven and cut into bars 3-4 cm wide while still hot. Leave to cool.
