100 grams soft butter
2 eggs
75 grams sugar
40 grams Pastry flour
2 Tbsps Cocoa
Whipped cream (as needed)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F). Butter all ramekins and sprinkle with flour.

Coarsely chop chocolate and melt in a bowl over a hot water bath, then allow to cool slightly. Stir in butter, both butter and chocolate should have roughly the same temperature before stirring.

Beat eggs with sugar until creamy and add to chocolate butter. Sift flour and cocoa and fold into chocolate mixture. Fill all ramekins with batter and place in a deep baking pan or in a baking dish. Pour hot water into baking dish until about 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) high. Bake in the oven about 30 minutes. Pudding should remain soft in the center when cooked.

Remove from oven and serve while still warm. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
