500 milliliters milk
2 packets Vanilla sugar
200 grams Dark chocolate
2 egg yolks
70 grams sugar
30 grams cornstarch
2 egg whites
100 milliliters Whipped cream
For the liqueur cream
100 grams Whipped cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Coconut liqueur
To garnish
Chocolate

Preparation steps

Boil milk and vanilla sugar, remove from heat and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Melt the chocolate with 3 tablespoons of hot milk and add in the vanilla milk. Stir egg yolks with sugar until fluffy, mix with melted chocolate, cornstarch and vanilla milk. Place mixture over a moderate heat, stirring constantly. Do not bring to a boil. Beat egg whites until stiff and mix in the custard while still hot. Cool the mixture. Whip the cream and fold into the custard. Fill pudding in dessert bowls and refrigerate. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff and add liqueur.
