- 350 milliliters milk
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 generous pinch Lemon peel
- 1 tsp Agar
- 60 grams Dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsps chopped almonds

Preparation steps

Combine sugar, cocoa, lemon zest and approximately 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) of milk, bring to a boil. Mix agar with remaining milk and chop chocolate. Add agar mixture to hot milk, simmer for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Add chocolate and melt, stirring. Place pudding in cold rinsed ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden brown and let cool.

Before serving, invert pudding onto plates and sprinkle with almonds. Serve.
