- 50 grams Dark chocolate
- ½ l milk
- 20 grams cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa
- 50 grams sugar
- fresh mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Break chocolate into small pieces and heat in a pan with 1/4 liter (approximately 8 ounces) milk. Stir together until chocolate melts.
2.
Add cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar and remaining milk. Stir together and bring to a boil.
3.
Pour pudding into bowls and let cool. Garnish with fresh mint.
