400 milliliters milk
1 Tbsp Starch
1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
100 milliliters Whipped cream
4 egg yolks
150 grams white Couverture
colorful Chocolate egg (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Boil the milk in a pot. Mix together the cornstarch, vanilla sugar, cream and egg yolks. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly. Pour  back into the pot and cook until thickened. Remove from the heat. Chop the chocolate and add to the pot, stirring until the chocolate is melted. Pour the pudding into dessert glasses and chill in the refrigerator.

Garnish with colorful chocolate eggs and serve.
