- 65 grams Margarine (or butter)
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 50 grams Chocolate
- 100 grams unsalted Peanuts
- 100 grams white Couverture

Preparation steps

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy. Stir in the egg. Mix the flour and baking powder. Fold the flour mixture, grated chocolate and peanuts into the dough. Use a teaspoon to heap portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Crush the white chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Dip the cookies halfway into the chocolate, let dry and serve.
