Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Beat softened butter with the sugar and egg until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the butter with the peanut butter. If the dough is too tight or crumbly, add more butter. Mix in 30 grams (approximately 1 ounce) of peanuts.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, portion small cookies on the baking sheet with two teaspoons and press flat. Heat honey until warm, mix with the remaining peanuts and sprinkle over cookies. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet while warm. Allow to cool and serve.
