Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
Preheat the oven to 190°C (approximately 375°F).
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar.
Mix the hazelnuts, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Fold into the egg whites.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Heap portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly and sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve.
