250 grams butter
2 eggs
225 grams sugar
225 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
150 grams Mini Marshmallow

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop the chocolate and place about half the butter in a small saucepan. Melt while stirring. In a bowl, place the chocolate-butter mixture and sitr in the eggs and the sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the chocolate dough. Spread the dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and marshmallows. Bake until golden brown, for about 10 minutes more.

Allow to cool on the baking sheet and cut into pieces. Serve once cooled.
