- 225 grams Dark chocolate (78%)
- 7 eggs
- 350 grams fine sugar
- 180 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Melt butter over low heat, break chocolate into pieces and melt in butter, stirring to combine.

Separate eggs and beat yolks with sugar until fluffy. Gently add chocolate mixture and stir. Sift in flour and stir briefly. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
3.
Grease a baking dish measuring 25 x 40 cm (approximately 10 x 16 inches) and dust with flour. Pour in batter and bake on middle rack for 25-30 minutes. Cool in baking dish. Remove and cut into strips to serve.
