100 grams Milk chocolate couveture
100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
100 grams softened butter
160 grams sugar
3 eggs
70 grams Pastry flour
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Chol both chocolates and melt over a hot water bath.

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff. Stir yolks into butter mixture. Add flour and cooled, melted chocolate. Fold in egg whites and pour batter into pan. Bake for about 35 minutes.

4.

Remove cake from oven. Let cool, release from pan and remove parchment paper. Dust with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
