125 grams Pastry flour
65 grams cornstarch
65 grams grated almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix the chocolate, flour, cornstarch and almonds. Stir into the cream. Shape the dough into rolls, wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour.

Cut thick slices of the dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven and let cool.

3.

Melt the chocolates separately over hot water baths. Pour the chocolates into piping bags and decorate the cookies. Let the icing dry and serve.
