- ½ cup butter
- ⅓ cup superfine caster sugar
- 2 Tbsps light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup Chocolate chip
- 3 Tbsps chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C ( 170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Grease 10 muffin tins.
2.
Beat the butter and both sugars in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
3.
Gradually beat in the eggs, beating until fully incorporated.
4.
Sift in the dry ingredients and gently stir into the mixture. Stir in the milk and chocolate chips.
5.
Spoon into the paper cases to half fill them. Top with about a teaspoon of the chocolate hazelnut spread and cover with more mixture.
6.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and risen. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
