- 4 ⅔ cups small potatoes
- salt
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 generous pinch grated Lemon peel
- ½ bunch parsley

1 Measuring cups, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Bowl, 1 Peeler, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small knife, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Muffin tin mit 12 Mulden, 1 Baking cup, 1 Box grater, 1 Rubber spatula
Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water until cooked but not too soft. Meanwhile wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Wash the chillies and cut into very thin rings. Heat the butter until it foams. Toss the parsley, chilli rings and lemon peel in the melted butter. Season with salt. Drain the potatoes, leave to steam briefly, then mix carefully with the parsley and chilli mixture. Serve immediately.
