1 small onion
2 stalks Celery
350 grams Tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil

2 splashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the peppers, Remove the seeds and membranes, and coarsely chop. Peel and coarsely chop the onion. Ronse and coarsely chop the celery. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and finely dice.

Place all the prepared ingredients in a blender with the olive oil. Puree completely, then season to taste with salt, pepper, and tabasco. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove from the refrigerator, place into glasses, garnish with the basil, and serve.
