Preparation steps

Bring 4.5 cups of water to a boil and cool for 5 minutes. Add the tea and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve and add the ginger. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve and chill.

Rinse the lime and cut into thin slices. Serve garnished with a few slices of lime.
