Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. In a frying pan, fry chicken breasts in hot oil for 5-7 minutes on each side. Rinse bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, rinse again and cut lengthwise into thin strips.

2.

Boil snow peas in salted boiling water for about 4 minutes, then drain. Peel onion, cut into rings and blanch briefly. Rinse grapes, halve and remove seeds if necessary.

3.

To serve cut the chicken breasts crosswise into slices and add to the vegetables and grapes in a bowl. Combine rice vinegar and sesame oil, mix with the chicken mixture and season to taste. Serve immediately, lukewarm, in decorative bowls. Serve rice alongside chicken, if desired.
