- 1 kilogram Chicken wing
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sharp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop. Rinse, pat dry and chop the chile pepper, removing seeds and stems if desired. Stir together the chile pepper, garlic, tomato paste, honey, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, herbs, oil, and salt. Spread the wings on the baking sheet and brush with the spice mixture. Bake about 25 minutes, occasionally turning and brushing with the spice mixture.

Serve warm with a green salad and Parmesan if desired.
