- 1 ½ kilograms Chicken wing
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric (ground)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
- 100 grams Blue cheese
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and pat dry chicken wings, divide at the joints.
2.
Whisk oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, turmeric, honey, paprika and red pepper. Coat chicken wings with marinade and refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.
3.
Remove chicken wings from the marinade, season with salt and cook on hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning often. Brush with marinade often.
4.
Crush cheese with a fork and stir in sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5.
Place dip into small bowls and arrange chicken wings on plates. Serve wings with the dip.
