- 1 ½ kilograms Chicken wing
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric (ground)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt
- 250 grams sour Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps grainy Mustard
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 stalks Celery

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken wings, pat dry with paper towels and divide wings at the joints.
2.
To make marinade: In a large bowl, combine oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, turmeric, honey, paprika, and cayenne. Add wings, cover and let marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove wings from marinade, season with salt and place on a hot grill. Cook, turning frequently and brushing with marinade, about 15 minutes.

To make dip: Mix sour cream with mustard and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5.
Rinse and trim celery, pat dry and cut into 6-8 cm (approximately 2-3 inch) long pieces.
6.
Divide dip among small bowls and serve with celery and chicken wings on plates or platters.
