Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, combine broth with hoisin sauce and 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Rinse, trim and cut cabbage into wide strips.

Add ramen noodles and cabbage to broth and cook about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add chicken. Simmer about 5 minutes.

4.

Peel eggs and cut into eighths. Divide eggs among 4 bowls. Season soup to taste and ladle into bowls. Garnish with sprouts and sliced scallion greens.
