2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (Parsley and chives)
600 grams Chicken breasts
2 green Bell pepper
8 scallions (only white parts)

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk lemon juice with olive oil and herbs well. Rinse meat and pat dry, cut into bite-sized cubes. Coat with marinade and refrigerate, covered, for about 30 minutes.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, cut into pieces. Rinse scallions and halve lenghwise. 

3.

Remove meat from the marinade and thread on skewers, alternating with vegetables. Grill on a hot grill for about 8-10 minutes on all sides, season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and serve.
